Here's another painting i got back yesterday. i really don't like it, but my mom loves it so i figured maybe some other people might too.
now, i did get full permission to paint this before i even started. the original photo can be found here: [link]
my teacher made me add the blanket because it looked too plain apparently. it was really hard painting something that is reaching out at you.
done in watercolor, obviously.
